- Not suitable for children under 3 — contains small parts that are a choking hazard.
- Nothing in this kit is food. Do not taste, eat or drink any material, sample or liquid.
- Water filtered or produced during any activity is not drinking water. Pour it away when the investigation is finished.
- Wash hands after handling soil, water samples or filter materials.
- Do not collect water from drains, sewage outfalls or fast-moving or deep water.
- Keep the kit away from pets and younger siblings between sessions.
Shipping and returns
- Ships to: United States
- Processing time: stated at checkout before you pay — this is the time before the parcel leaves us
- Transit time: shown separately, and it is an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee
- You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused and complete, with a return authorisation. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Damaged, wrong or missing items: contact us and we will put it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Refunds for a mixed package
