Why buy them together
Separately they are three good activities. In sequence they are one argument: water moves through a landscape, it picks things up on the way, and here is how you measure and reduce that. The combined guide runs them in that order.

- Adult supervision is required for every activity in this kit.
- Not suitable for children under 3 — contains small parts that are a choking hazard.
- Nothing in this kit is food. Do not taste, eat or drink any material, sample or liquid.
- Water filtered or produced during any activity is not drinking water. Pour it away when the investigation is finished.
- Wash hands after handling soil, water samples or filter materials.
- Do not collect water from drains, sewage outfalls or fast-moving or deep water.
- Keep the kit away from pets and younger siblings between sessions.
