This policy covers printable files and other downloadable products. Online courses are covered by the Course Access Policy.

Who you are buying from: Watershed Learning LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA. Support email: contact@watershedlearning.space.

1. How your files reach you

  • Download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as payment is confirmed, and are emailed to you.
  • The same links stay available in My Account › Downloads — you do not need to keep the email.
  • You do not need an account to buy, but creating one at checkout is the easiest way to get your files back later.
  • Nothing is shipped, and no shipping charge is applied to a digital order.

2. Download limits and how long links last

  • Each purchase allows a reasonable number of downloads and remains available in your account for at least 12 months from purchase.
  • Hit the limit because of a failed download or a new device? Contact us and we will reset it. We are not trying to catch you out.
  • We recommend saving a copy to your own device or cloud storage when you download.

3. What you need to open the files

  • Printable files are PDFs and open in any current PDF reader on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or ChromeOS.
  • Fillable PDFs need a reader that supports form fields. A print version is always included alongside.
  • Editable presentation files open in the common desktop and web presentation applications. A PDF version is always included for restricted environments.
  • If a file will not open on your setup, contact us before requesting a refund — it is usually solvable in one email.

4. Your licence

You are buying a licence to use the file, not ownership of it.

  • Household licence: use with the children in your own home. Print as many copies as you need for them.
  • Classroom licence: one named teacher and their own classroom. Print and copy for your own students.
  • School or site licence: available on request — contact us.

Under every licence you may not: share the file with other households, teachers or schools; upload it to a shared drive, learning platform or website that others can access; resell, sublicense or give it away; claim it as your own work; or use it to create a competing product.

5. Updates to files

If we correct or improve a file you have bought, the updated version replaces the old one in your account at no charge. We do not email you every time we fix a typo, so it is worth checking your Downloads page occasionally.

6. Misuse

If files bought under one licence are distributed beyond it, we may withdraw access to future downloads. We will contact you first — the overwhelming majority of cases are misunderstandings about what a licence covers, not deliberate misuse.

7. Download, licence, or ownership?

Worth being plain about this, because the three get confused:

  • A download is a copy of a file, delivered to you, licensed for a defined use.
  • A course licence is permission to access hosted material for a period — nothing is transferred to you permanently.
  • Ownership applies to physical kits: the box and its contents become yours outright.

8. Refunds

Digital refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the applicable rule is shown on every product page before you buy.
