How do I get a printable after I pay?
The download link appears on the confirmation page straight away and is emailed to you. It also stays in My Account › Downloads, so you can get it again later without hunting for the email.
What age are these resources really for?
Most sit between 8 and 14, and every single product shows its age or grade range on the listing. Where a resource stretches wider, there are simplify and extend notes built into it.
How does course access work?
Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and runs for 12 months. You need an account so progress and certificates are saved. Full detail in the Course Access Policy.
When will a STEM kit arrive?
Processing time and transit time are shown separately at checkout — processing is us packing it, transit is the carrier. You get a tracking link when it ships. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, and the rule depends on what you bought — kits, downloads, courses and live sessions each have their own. All four are written out plainly in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the one that applies is shown before you pay.
How much adult supervision do the activities need?
Assume an adult is present for anything involving water, small parts or measuring. Age labels and safety notes are on every product page and inside every kit. Water produced in any filtration activity is never drinking water.
