How it runs

What you need
- A working display, sound and internet connection in the room
- A staff member present throughout — we do not supervise students
- The listed everyday materials, prepared in advance
Safeguarding
A member of your staff must be present for the whole session. We do not record sessions involving students, and we do not collect personal information about children.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
- After payment you receive a booking link by email. Choose a time that suits you — times are shown in your own time zone.
- A short intake form comes with the booking so the session starts with your actual situation instead of introductions.
- You receive a calendar invitation with the meeting link, plus a reminder before the session.
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Inside 24 hours, or if nobody joins within 15 minutes of the start, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded.
- If we need to move the session, you can choose a new time or take a full refund.

It is priced for one class or group. For a year group or several classes, ask for a quote.
