What you get
- A 60-minute live video call
- A detailed intake form covering each child, what has worked and what has not
- A written plan sent within three working days: topic sequence, suggested pacing and a materials list
- Multi-age strategies if you are teaching several children at once
- Follow-up by email for two weeks after the session for clarifying questions
Who it is for
- Families planning a full year of science
- Households with children of different ages working from the same table
- Parents who are confident teaching but not confident in science specifically
What it is not
Educational planning support, not a professional assessment. We do not diagnose learning difficulties, guarantee academic outcomes, or advise on your state’s legal homeschooling requirements.
Before we meet
- Complete the intake form for each child
- List what you already own so we plan around it rather than replacing it
- Have your rough weekly schedule to hand
Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
- After payment you receive a booking link by email. Choose a time that suits you — times are shown in your own time zone.
- A short intake form comes with the booking so the session starts with your actual situation instead of introductions.
- You receive a calendar invitation with the meeting link, plus a reminder before the session.
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Inside 24 hours, or if nobody joins within 15 minutes of the start, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded.
- If we need to move the session, you can choose a new time or take a full refund.
- Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Common questions
Can both parents join?
Yes. Send both names on the intake form so the invitation reaches both.
Is the written plan customised?
