We want this site to work for everyone who wants to learn from it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification or speech input.
1. Our target
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That means, in practice:
- Everything works with a keyboard alone — no mouse required, and no keyboard traps.
- The keyboard focus indicator is always visible, so you can see where you are.
- Headings are used in a correct, meaningful order, and every page has one main heading.
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour alone.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are marked as decorative.
- Text contrast meets the AA ratio in both normal and large sizes.
- Video content carries captions, and audio content carries a transcript.
- Nothing important depends on colour, hover or precise pointer control alone.
2. What we test
Accessibility checks cover the pages people actually have to get through, not just the homepage: product pages, the cart, checkout, account and downloads, the course player, forms, the mobile menu and the search results.
3. Known limitations
We publish these honestly rather than claiming full conformance:
- PDFs: printable resources are designed for printing and are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. If you need an accessible version of any file you have bought, email us and we will provide one.
- Third-party components: checkout and payment steps include elements provided by our payment processor, over which we have limited control. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will find another way to complete your order.
4. Need something in a different format?
Email contact@watershedlearning.space with the page or product and what format would work for you — a tagged PDF, a plain-text version, a large-print layout. We will send it. There is no charge for this and you do not need to explain why.
5. Reporting a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 1–2 business days and to tell you either how to work around it now or when it will be fixed.
6. How this statement is maintained
This statement is reviewed when the site changes substantially, and at least once a year. It reflects our real position — where we do not yet conform, we say so above rather than leaving it out.
